At LA Linen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textile purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unwashed and unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
